So on one grey and cold January sunday I tried tiny little tartes au citròn. They were incredibly delicious!
It may not be the fastest treat you can make, but so worth it!
By the way: I hear so many people have problems with meringue. I somehow never had. In my experience the most important part is that the egg whites are really cool (refrigerated for at least 1 day).
